L.G. Simmonds Real Estate Corp. (DBA Simmonds Real Estate) is licensed in the state of Florida and is an independent commercial and residential real estate brokerage company since 1985. The Company has been serving consistently for over 35 years in the Central Florida area.
Our administrative office is located in Longwood Florida.
Target Markets
Our target markets include, but not limited to the Greater Orlando area and surrounding suburban regions. From its inception L.G. Simmonds Real Estate has worked with first-time home buyers, corporate transferees, and absentee landlords for property management.
Product/Service Mix
Early our Company’s history, most sales were single family homes and residential property management services. Our Company has since expanded to include commercial and industrial sales.

About our Staff
Les Simmonds, Ph.D., Broker
Les or (L.G. or Dr. L.G. as he is also known) holds multiple real estate Broker licenses in the State of Florida. As President & CEO of L. G. Simmonds Real Estate Corporation (DBA: Simmonds Real Estate) he has a real passion for real estate and has worked in the industry since 1985. He has vast experiences in residential, commercial sales and rental property management.
He faithfully served in the Orlando Regional Realtor Association in several leadership capacities in the Association and became its President in 2008-2009.
Les, is an Associate Professor of Business and Real Estate at Valencia College. Dr. Simmonds also provides coaching to sales professionals and brokers in real estate and business. Please contact me for more information and rates for coaching.
Les was awarded the 2009 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drum Major Award for Business, and the 2009 Realtor of The Year Award.
Les received his AAS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from New York City Community College, his BMET degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, his MBA degree in Business Administration from Rollins College, and Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University.
Dr. Simmonds and his wife Dell have three grown children and five grandchildren.
